It's 5 o'clock somewhere! In Moscow to be precise.

So, it is 9:15am, and I am already dying to crack open a beer. My exam is over, and my biggest client's report is FINALLY being sent out today.

There are some problems with that, though:

* It's 9:15am

* I still have to work until at least 3:30pm

* After work I am driving to Athens, OH. Don't want to get a DUI!
